All credit card and personal information processed by Collegiate Athletic Travel through the GroupMinder system is transmitted through 128 bit SSL connections and a 64-bit key, unique to each client, and serves to encrypt all sensitive information stored in the database. This renders the data unusable through unauthorized access and ensures the highest level of security. PRIVACY POLICY

Generally, SFH only obtains specific and individualized data about its web site visitors when such information is supplied voluntarily, i.e., when web site visitors send e-mail to or purchase services from SFH. SFH then uses the information for the purpose of fulfilling the visitors' requests. However, SFH gathers some generic information automatically, solely to help SFH determine the success and usefulness of its web sites. SFH has security measures in place for protecting data conveyed during a visitor's purchase with SFH. SFH employees, partners and subcontractors are required to protect the privacy of such data. SFH wants its visitors and customers to feel that their privacy will be protected when the visitor purchases services from SFH on-line.
