What's included in my price? |

Your final price includes room and all hotel taxes. It does
not include items such as charges for meals, parking, rollaway beds, telephone,
valet and room service, or any other items of a personal nature.

How do I reserve my hotel room? |
| |
Please review the hotel descriptions and "hotel comparison
grid". Click the "book now" button to begin the reservation process.

What special requests can I make? |
| |
When booking your reservation, you will be presented
with a special request grid containing prefrences
such as Smoking: Non-
smoking/Smoking, need for a Handicap room,
etc. There is also a free form field to enter additional
requests such as proximity to elevator. While every attempt
will be made to honor your request,
all preferences are subject to hotel availability and
are not guaranteed.
Requests for a rollaway,
cot, or crib are subject not only to availability, but also to differing fire and
safety laws. Typically such requests carry an extra charge that is payable
directly to the hotel. |

What if I make a mistake during the reservation process?

Once you have made your date and hotel selections, you will be
presented with a summary screen where you may review your reservation. If you
discover that you have made a mistake, you may use your browser's back button to
make corrections and then proceed with entering your credit card information.

What credit cards do you accept? |
| |
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your entire
reservation must be charged to one credit card only. Unfortunately, we cannot
split payments between multiple cards, nor can we transfer payment to another
credit card once we receive your reservation. |

Is my personal credit card information safe? |
| |
The personal information you provide on our website (name,
address, phone number) will only be shared with the hotel that you have selected
and will be used for contact purposes only. All credit card and personal
information is transmitted through 128 bit SSL connections and a 64-bit key,
unique to each client, and serves to encrypt all sensitive information stored in
the database to ensure the highest level of security. |

How do I change or cancel my reservation? |
| |
Changes:
Once you have completed your reservation, you may not change your hotel
selection. You may, however, change your room occupancy (including names)
and dates of stay (subject to availability). All changes are subject to
a $50 per room administrative fee if made 48 hours or more prior to arrival.
Changes made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a $75 per room fee.
To change a reservation, you must contact our customer service department either
by email: cservice@athletictravel.com or phone (800) 788-4383 ext. 139 during regular
business hours which are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made after confirmation of payment are non-refundable
unless you can provide a substitute party for your reservation, in which
case, the fees outlined above for name changes will apply. To cancel
and substitute a new name, please contact our customer service department
as directed above so that an updated confirmation can be issued to the
party using the room.

What if I call the hotel and they do not have my reservation?

Should you call the hotel about your reservation, in all
likelihood they will not show a room reserved specifically for you. This is
because your room has been reserved as part of a "group" reservation. Your
printed confirmation from the SportsFanHotels.com is all you need.

What do I need when I check into the hotel? |

You will need a credit
card for incidentals and your printed
SportsFanHotels.com confirmation. After making your reservation,
you will be prompted to print your confirmation. If
you misplace your confirmation, just
contact our customer service line at (800) 788-4383 ext
139, and we will e-mail you another one.
If you do not have a credit card, you may leave a cash deposit
for incidentals. If you plan to leave a cash deposit, please call the hotel to
determine the amount required. |

Can I check into my hotel early or check out late? |

Check-in and check-out times for your hotel will be printed on
your confirmation.
Early Check-In: Early check-in is based on availability
and some hotels may charge a fee. Most hotels will hold
your luggage if you are unable to
check in upon arrival.
Late Check-in: All hotel rooms are guaranteed for late arrival but,
as with any hotel reservation, we suggest that you contact the hotel if you plan to
arrive late in the day. |

Can I earn frequent stay points at my hotel? |

Reservations made through sportsfanhotels.com may be
eligible for frequent-stay points or other hotel loyalty programs. Policies vary
from hotel to hotel. Please inquire at the front desk upon check-in.

Do the hotels allow pets? |
| |
Pet policies vary from hotel to hotel. Should you wish to
bring a pet, please contact the hotel directly to inquire about their policies.
